CIRCLY Fatal Error Number 9606 – Unable to execute numerical engine

When you click the “Run Analysis” button, CIRCLYuses CIRCLY32.exe to perform the numerical analysis. This error is usually caused by CIRCLY32.exe not having the correct permissions to be executed by CIRCLY. Check with your System Administrator that CIRCLY32.exe is not being blocked by your Firewall. Under normal circumstances a single user licence for CIRCLY, HIPAVE or APSDS requires you to use a Hardware Lock (aka “Sentinel” or “Dongle”).
